Jewelry and Watch Repair

Our repair department staffs a jeweler and watchmaker. With over 35 years experience, most any piece of fine jewelry can be repaired in our workshop. Sizing, soldering, setting stones, all of this and much more is done on our premises. The watch repair department is equally experienced and is also done in house with watch batteries changed while you wait. We service all watch brands including Rolex. Free estimates are provided on all repairs.

Royal Registry

Gregory's Royal Registry is our way of keeping record of the things on your "wish list"and all of your special occasions. Seriously, a girl's gotta have a wish list. It works like this. Come in the store and let our staff show you around. We will make note of all the things you'd like to add to your jewelry wardrobe and keep it on file. You can provide us with the name of your special someone, and we'll do the rest. Or, if you prefer, make a wish list online and we'll be glad to do the same. We also keep records of your past purchases and love to help complete an ensemble. Anyway you look at it, we want to make it as simple as possible for guys to get the perfect gift making for a perfect special occasion!!

Appraisals

From your grandmother's wedding ring to a newly acquired piece of jewelry, we provide written appraisals for your personal records as well as for insurance purposes. Our appraisers adhere to standards set by the Gemological Institute of America. All appraisals include a detailed description of the piece and a color photograph. Appraisals are provided free of charge upon your jewelry purchase with us.

It's as simple as that.... we buy used jewelry. Worn out , broken, beyond repair, or just something you simply have no use for, bring it in. We will weigh it and make you a cash offer or offer you a bit more should you decide to spend it in our store, all while you wait.

Free Cleaning
Whether you bought a piece of jewelry on a cruise or selected it from one of our showcases, we are happy to clean and check all of your jewelry at no charge while you wait. We use an ultrasonic cleaner and high pressure steam machine to make your special piece looks like it did when it was new. Our jeweler will inspect your prongs and check for any loose stones or other potential problems. If any work needs to be done we will advise you and provide a free estimate.

Custom Design and Jewelry Restyling
Inherit a piece of jewelry from your mother-in-law that just isn't you? Let us help you use what you have to create a special piece that you can enjoy wearing every day. The options are endless from starting from scratch and carving a one of a kind piece to remounting your gems in a more modern or different setting. Our staff is glad to help you create a piece of fine jewelry from a sketch on a napkin or a picture in a magazine. Estimates are free of charge and all work is done right in our store.

Pearl and Bead Restringing
Most pearls are strung on silk cord. Over time the silk can become frayed and worn. Your pearls should be checked along with your fine jewelry to insure their strength and durability. Our restringing department will clean your pearls or beads before they are restrung and can advise you on the best way to care for them. We can also help you restyle a strand by shortening or lengthening or even adding a fashionable new clasp. All estimates are free with work done on the premises.
